1Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the BS77 website accessible via bs77.best and the official BS77 mobile app.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the BS77 platform.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use BS77 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the date of registration. BS77 takes the protection of minors seriously and enforces strict age verification checks.
• An individual with full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not a resident or citizen of any territory or country that prohibits or restricts participation in online gaming under local law.

BS77 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time to confirm member eligibility. This includes copies of an identification card, passport, or other relevant official documents. 3Account Registration

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. BS77 is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete registration information provided by the member.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Any activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you have promptly reported loss of access to the BS77 support team.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Do not share your login credentials with any other party.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.

BS77 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. This decision is final and non-appealable.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

The BS77 platform supports a wide range of Malaysia local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and major credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed with secure encryption to ensure the safety of your funds.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods.

Withdrawal:

6Game Rules

• The outcome of all games is final once a round ends and cannot be appealed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, BS77 will resolve the issue based on stored system records.
• Live Casino games feature real human dealers and outcomes are determined by physical results at the game table.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game results, BS77's server records are the final reference and override any records held by the player.

7User Responsibilities

As a BS77 member, you agree to use this platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:

• Uploading or distributing any viruses, malware, or malicious code.

BS77 reserves the right to report any suspicious or unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. We will cooperate fully with any official investigation conducted by a legitimate law enforcement body.

8Account Suspension and Closure

BS77 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, whether temporarily or permanently, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.

If your account is suspended or closed due to a breach of terms, BS77 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any credit balance or bonuses in your account depending on the circumstances.

9Intellectual Property

You are not permitted to:

• Using any BS77 brand, logo, or trademark in any manner without official approval.
• Modifying or adapting platform content for personal or commercial use.

Any infringement of BS77 intellectual property rights may result in legal action. BS77 reserves the right to seek remedies under applicable intellectual property law.

10Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BS77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform.

BS77 makes no guarantee that:

• The platform will always be available without interruption, secure, or free from errors at all times.
• Any technical defects will be rectified within a specified timeframe.
• The platform or the servers that provide it are free from viruses or other harmful components.

Under no circumstances shall BS77's total liability to you for any claim exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account within the 30 days prior to that claim arising.

11Amendment of Terms and Conditions

BS77 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, unless a different effective date is stated.
